"Over My Live Body" by Susan Israel is a suspenseful page turner. When Delilah kicks her abusive boyfriend out, she finds out that she's been getting anonymous phone calls from a man everyday and he refuses to leave his name. The phone calls continue and she thinks that maybe it's Ivan , her ex, but when she reports it to the police no one takes it serious until Detective Quick. He wants her to hide but she's a sculptress/ nude model and refuses to give up her modeling or art, even for a stalker. But when people start turning up dead, she starts to rethink her actions. Will it be too late or will they be able to find her stalker first?
I didn't want to stop reading this book and was happy to find out it is part of an ongoing series. I liked the characters and the story evolution, and the fact that story didn't have a quick resolution.
