My rating: 4 of 5 stars
"Deep Blue" by Yolanda Olson is a twisted, trigger ridden, psychotic read. This is not a book for those looking for a happy ever after. It has a touch of twisted love story but mostly filled with depravity that's like a train wreck to read. You want to look away but it sucks you in and you have to find out how ends. On that note, I really enjoyed this book and its twisted storyline.
Posy is a 17-year-old runaway who hooks up with Troy a twenty-something hottie with the deepest blue eyes she's ever seen. Unfortunately for her he and others in town trade girls/young women amongst other like minded men for anything their twisted minds can think up. As soon he gets his hands on her he immediately trades her for another girl until she's appropriately ready for him. Unknownst to her he suffers from a traumatic brain injury that causes him to fluctuate between sweet cowboy and sadistic maniac. Seven years later he goes to collect her and then it gets even worse.
As always here's the link on Amazon for "Deep Blue":
