"Bloodlust" takes us on a thrill ride to a rich fantasy world created by Nicole Zoltack, also known for her Superhero series "Heroes of Falledge" and her newest series "Magic Incarnate". Ivy is a barbarian princess trying to save her people from annihilation by the Trolls, Elves, and Goliaths. Lukor is a Goliath out to kill every Barbarian because they killed his sister Lucia, but in a twist of fate, he falls for the barbarian princess. Can their feelings for one another keep Ivy from destroying him with the Bloodlust and can Lukor move beyond his need for revenge and save his own people in the process?
Ivy is a kick ass female warrior with a strong sense of family and commitment. Lukor is a strong intelligent alpha male with pride in his people and his heritage and will do anything to ensure it survives. There is romance and adventure in this book with some graphic violence, but would be a great book for the young adult or adult without all the descriptive sex scenes. If you like historical type fantasy worlds with an alternate type world twist, then this is probably going to be a great story for you too!
