This was our first "The Zack Files" book and I doubt it will be our last. Although "Me and My Mummy" is a chapter book, it is a short chapter book. It has about 60 or so pages and gets straight into the story and drops hints of previous adventures of Zacks.
In this book Zack ventures down to the basement and opens a mummy case, thinking he's cursed, he's at first terrified of the mummy. Sometimes you can't judge a mummy by its wrappings and it turns out Icky is a pretty cool mummy.
There are some funny things that happen and I found my kids giggling while I was reading, such a wonderful sound. :-)
