"Sideways Stories from Wayside School" is a bedtime read aloud book I just finished with my kids. They thought this was a silly and funny book about a wacky school with wacky kids and teachers. I on the other hand found it mildly amusing and far fetched, but appreciated my kids enjoyment of it. That was a prime example of the difference between childhood and adulthood, and the things we find amusing.
