Sometimes growing up every has your life planned out for you, and sometimes you rebel against that plan. You think you know what's better for you, until you see what you've left behind. Going home to find nothing is the same as it was when you left and everyone has kept secrets from you, what do you do? Do you run away again or jump with both feet into a future that you thought you didn't want?
This is one of Melanie James' best stories to date and I highly recommend it. I read this as part of the Mischief Under the Mistletoe box set that is no longer available.
